Shipping & Order Policy
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days at our Michigan warehouse before shipping begins. You’ll receive a notification once your order has shipped.
Shipping Locations
Currently, we only ship within the United States. We’d love to hear from you no matter where you are—contact us at hi@vemontes2.com.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
Shipping costs and delivery times depend on your order size and chosen shipping method:

Express Shipping ($13.99): 1–2 business days

Standard Shipping ($7.00): 3–4 business days

Orders over $75: Free Standard Shipping (3–4 business days)
Checking Your Order Status
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become active.
If you haven’t received your order within 2 - 3 days of your shipping confirmation email, contact us at hi@vemontes2.com with your name and order number. We’ll look into it right away.
Returns & Refunds Policy
General Returns
We have a 7-day return policy. This means you have 7 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.
To be eligible, items must be unused, unworn, in their original packaging, and in the same condition you received them. Please also include your order number or proof of purchase.
To start a return, contact us at hi@vemontes2.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Allergic Reactions
Your safety is our priority. If you experience an allergic reaction, stop using the product immediately and contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. While we cannot accept opened products for return due to hygiene reasons, we may offer a store credit or replacement on a case-by-case basis.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong product. We’ll evaluate the issue and work to make it right.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get what you want is to return your current item. Once the return is accepted, you can place a new order for the desired product.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you if your refund is approved. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for it to appear on your account, depending on your bank or credit card provider.

Customs and Import Charges
As a buyer, it’s your responsibility to check any customs or import charges that may apply and pay them. We may provide general information, but it’s best to confirm details with your country’s customs office before purchasing.
